Tape-in Extensions

Description & Installation:

Tape-ins are thin extensions that lie flat against the head, creating the most natural-looking results. Gentle enough for all hair types, they are especially suited for fine or fragile hair. Available in classic or invisible (injection) tape, they are the most popular choice for clients seeking seamless volume and length.

Maintenance (Removal and Reapplication):

Recommended every 6–10 weeks, with 8 weeks being the most common.

Hair Health:

With proper care, tape-ins are very low-stress on natural hair and are considered a safe option for long-term use.

Nano Extensions

Description & Installation:

Nano extensions are applied strand by strand with tiny beads. They provide customizable volume and length and are available in classic metal tip or silicone tip options. They require a certain hair strength, so they are best suited for hair that is healthy and not overly fine.

Maintenance (Removal and Reapplication):

Recommended every 8–10 weeks.

Hair Health:

Due to the way nano extensions grow out, some stress to natural hair may occur, but proper care and maintenance help minimize it.

i-Tip (Micro) Extensions

Description & Installation:

i-Tip extensions are individual strands applied with small beads. They allow for flexible placement and styling. They are not recommended for fine hair.

Maintenance (Removal and Reapplication):

Recommended every 8–10 weeks.

Hair Health:

Due to the way i-tip extensions grow out, some stress to natural hair may occur, but proper care and maintenance help minimize it.

Beaded Weft Extensions

Description & Installation:

Weft extensions are pre-sectioned rows of hair applied using beads. They create full volume and density and can be customized for length and layering according to client goals. This method requires a bit more natural hair length to achieve a seamless blend, so it's best suited for clients whose hair is already medium to long.

Maintenance (Removal and Reapplication):

While some clients can wait up to 8 weeks before touch-ups, most require maintenance every 4–6 weeks.

  • 4-6 week interval: Appointments alternate between a tightening which adjusts the existing wefts, and a full removal and reinstallation.

  • 8-week interval: A full removal and reinstallation is required at every maintenance appointment.

Hair Health:

Generally low-stress, though some tension occurs at the ends of each row near the hairline, which may cause stress in those areas.
